Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The 环球宅 Referral Reward Program ("Program") allows registered users to invite new users via a unique referral link. When a referred user completes registration and makes their first paid purchase, the referrer earns a commission. By participating in this Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Any active 环球宅 registered account may participate in this Program. Both individual and business accounts are eligible. Employees, agents, and affiliated entities of 环球宅 are not permitted to participate in a personal capacity. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any account's participation at any time without explanation.
3. Commission Rate
The base commission rate is 25% of each qualifying purchase made by a referred user. Commission is calculated on the net payment amount after deducting refunds, discount codes, and applicable taxes. Commissions are credited to your referral balance after the referred user's payment is settled. Commission rates may be temporarily adjusted for specific products or promotional periods; the rate displayed on your Referral page in the dashboard is always authoritative.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A referral qualifies when: (a) the referred user has never previously registered an account with 环球宅; (b) the referred user registers using your unique referral link or enters your referral code; and (c) the referred user completes a genuine paid purchase without subsequently requesting a refund within the applicable period. Registrations originating from the same IP address, the same identity, or showing obvious signs of abuse will be deemed invalid.
5. Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum amount per payout request is USD $100. You may submit a withdrawal request via the "Request Payout" button on the Referral page once your referral balance reaches or exceeds this threshold. Balances below the minimum will continue to accumulate until the threshold is met.
6. Payout Methods & Processing Time
We currently support payouts via USDT (TRC20), bank wire transfer, and PayPal. Please ensure your payment details are accurate when submitting a request — we cannot be held liable for losses caused by incorrect account information. Approved payout requests are processed within 7 business days of submission.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following actions will result in commission forfeiture, loss of referral privileges, and/or account termination: (a) creating fake accounts or self-referrals; (b) using bots, click farms, or other artificial means to generate referrals; (c) placing referral links in spam emails, pop-up advertisements, paid search ads, or brand-impersonation pages without prior written approval; (d) making unauthorized representations claiming to be an official representative of 环球宅.
8. Taxes
All commissions earned through this Program are considered independent income. You are solely responsible for complying with the tax laws of your jurisdiction, including declaring and paying any applicable taxes. 环球宅 does not withhold taxes on your behalf and does not provide tax advice.
9. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, adjust commission rates, change payout methods, or discontinue the Program at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Referral page or via email. Your continued participation after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Upon termination of the Program, any legitimately earned and settled commissions will be paid out in accordance with the original terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise required by law, 环球宅 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with this Program. Our maximum liability to any individual participant under this Program is limited to the total commissions actually earned and received by that participant in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court, as determined by 环球宅 in its sole discretion.
